Our store accepts returns within 45 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 45 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately it cannot be returned. We can only offer you refunds or replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
We sent wrong item – size, style, color.
Parcels that is lost in transit.
Measurements are provided on each product’s description to help you get a more accurate fit. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item that does not fit you.
We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
Note: Glamour Galor will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement before it ships out. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of our standard shipping policy. Please note that our Standard Shipping are posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.
All refunds will be process within 24-48 business hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. Glamour Galor reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
